AgroGo service, composed of AgroGo apps and www.agrogo.net and www.agrogo.ro websites, are the property of Interactions Lab company. AgroGo is an online service that offers access to various grain prices, from commodity exchange or from the physical market. AgroGo is an interface between buyers and sellers of agricultural products. AgroGo market facilitates the communication between buyers and sellers and may suggest matching offers. However, AgroGo does not manage the explicit transaction for the exchange of products, nor does it intermediate the payment of the transaction. Also,AgroGo does not guarantee the authenticity of the offers in the AgroGo Market (although we try to eliminate any suspicious offer). It is the responsability of those involved in the exchange/transaction process to make sure the transaction goes well and gets finalized with no incidents. By placing an offer in the AgroGo Market, you are responsible for the authenticity of the provided data (available quantity, quality, delivery terms...) If AgroGo administrators find offers that are suspicious, we reserve the right to delete the offer without any other approval or notice (although we usually contact the author of the offer first, but this is not mandatory). Users that have suspicious activity or are authors of fake offers can be disabled by AgroGo administrators without any notice.
Related to the pricing information offer by AgroGo, analysis, statistics, news and reports, the users of these information are solely responsible for the interpretation of the data and actions taken based on this. AgroGo takes no responsability in case of missinterpretation of the data, nor for any incorrect or inacurate information present in AgroGo, due to human or technical errors (or third party data providers errors/issues). Anyway, we'll do our best to avoid presenting incorrect data.
